The Commander Frame Parking Post blocks vehicle access to unauthorized areas or reserved parking spaces and the winged design guarantees a vehicle can’t slip between the posts. The post is constructed from durable hot-dipped galvanised steel, giving it a strengthened core and protection against rust and corrosion. Commonly used in parks, apartment buildings and warehouses.
The low profile clearance of the bollard once folded down makes it suitable for most models of cars to use safely. The base of the parking post is bevelled so there is no fear of puncturing tyres when lowered. The bollard can be locked in the upright position to stop vehicles from entering or folded down to allow access to keyholders.
The hot-dip galvanised steel post is tough and long lasting and required little maintenance. Red reflective bands can be added to the plain galvanised post or white/red powder coating is available too. The reflective bands will ensure the bollard is see by drivers and pedestrians, day and night, and adds an extra level of safety to the area.
Choose from a surface or sub-surface mount. We recommend installing the post into concrete rather than tarmac, as any pressure applied to the post while on tarmac may cause it to fail.
