The Extern Chain Post is a metal post, designed for temporary or short term use blocking off unauthorized areas or creating pedestrian walkways. The post comes with a metal or recycled base that offers stability when used outdoors. The metal base can be filled with gravel, sand or concrete as needed.
Made from hot-dip-galvanised steel, the posts are long lasting and rust resistant. The metal bases are also galvanised. The powder coated red/white finish allows the posts to be easily seen both day and night.
Attach a chain to the posts to create an instant barrier. The posts with a metal base comes with 2no. chain eyelets on either side. The chain will need to be cut to suit the distance you wish to cover. Alternatively, the post with the recycled base comes with a chain eye cap, allowing for a full length of chain to run through each post, no need for cutting.
