The Controller Plus Fold-Down Post is a semi-automatic bollard designed for parking areas. Unlike other fold down bollards that must be lowered and raised manually, the Controller bollard slowly lowers when unlocked and is raised using a handy foot pedal. This controlled movement means the bollard does not need to be touched, avoiding dirt or water.
The bollard offers ease of use combined with modern day styling to compliment the surrounding areas and it avoids traditional hazard colours in favour of a more understated appearance. The post is commonly used in private driveways, reserved parking areas and at commercial properties. It offers the perfect mix of security and ease of use for all users
The bollard is surface mounted and is simply bolted to the ground. We recommend bolting it into concrete, as tarmac cannot provide a strong enough hold if any pressure is put on the post.
