The DB19 Plastic Dock Bumper is designed to protect exposed loading dock edges from heavy impacts, ensuring long-lasting durability in busy loading areas. Built for strength, it features an integral steel plate for secure, easy installation directly onto docks.

Each bumper consists of a steel frame, two rubber inserts, and a tough ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWP) plastic front. The steel frame houses the rubber inserts, absorbing truck impacts, while the flexible plastic front resists damage. If needed, individual components can be easily replaced by sliding them out.

To prevent snagging, the bumper has a completely flat front with no fixing holes or crevices, allowing for smooth impact absorption. Its bright yellow design enhances visibility, doubling as a helpful parking aid for drivers.
