The Plastic Safety Rumble Strip is a small polyurethane strip that features a chevron pattern, used as a rumble strip for roads or as a wall guard in warehouses and factories. The strip can alert drivers passing over them to slow down or can protect walls from trolleys and carts.

The rumble strips are so versatile that they can also be used to separate lanes of traffic, as a parking bay delineator or as a strip to stop water ingress under doors.

The strip is highly visible yellow in colour, allowing it to be easily seen. The pre-drilled holes allow the strip to be bolted to the ground or wall to ensure it remains in place. Fixings are not included – contact the sales team for more details.

Can rumble strips be used as speed bumps?

Rumble strips should not be used solely as speed bumps. While they provide a physical and audible warning to drivers they will not slow traffic down. We recommend combining the strips with speed bumps if you need to slow vehicle traffic.

Where to install rumble strips?

Rumble strips are commonly used on approach to car park exits, long stretches of private road or slopes.

The strips can also be bolted to walls for use as light duty wall protection.
